MCP, or Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that allows approved AI assistants to work securely with other software. OfficeSpace MCP enables employees to find and book desks or rooms from compatible AI tools.

Employees can use the AI Assistant inside OfficeSpace or connect through approved tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
No. The AI Assistant is available from the top navigation bar on every OfficeSpace page. An administrator must configure and approve connections to external AI tools.
Initial configuration typically takes an administrator or workspace owner five to ten minutes. Employees then sign in to OfficeSpace and approve the connection once.
Yes. Restrictions, approvals, booking windows, early booking access, and employee permissions apply just as they do in the standard OfficeSpace booking experience.
Bookings appear in My Bookings, on the floor plan, in notifications, confirmation emails, connected calendars where applicable, and OfficeSpace reporting.
